What are the precautions of heat shrink packaging machine?
1. Heat shrink packaging machine and winding machine are the same. Because the power consumption is very high, the power of the input power supply must be greater than the nominal power on the contracted machine, otherwise, it is easy to burn out the line or electrical components.
2. The machine must be reliable to protect personal safety.
3. Each machine is equipped with a cable connecting to the power supply, and the terminal line with the power supply identification symbol must be correctly connected. Illegal operation may cause electric shock.
4. When the specified voltage of the machine is a three-phase 380V power supply, the zero line must be entered at the same time, that is, the standard three-phase four-wire system of other packaging equipment, such as vacuum packaging machine. Otherwise, the machine can not work normally, easy to burn the internal electrical components.
5. The machine must be installed horizontally, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the electric heat pipe. For machines with webbing, the inclined installation will cause the conveyor belt to be off-center.
6. When the machine is used continuously for more than three months, check the temperature resistance of the contraction chamber and replace it according to its aging degree.
7. When the machine is working, the operator's palm does not allow the operation part of the machine, especially the indoor temperature, which is easy to burn.
8. After the packaging work is finished, the heating switch should be turned off first, so that the conveyor motor and fan motor continue to run for about 10 minutes, and then cut off the entire power supply.

4. When the timing is over, cut off the electric valve of the dryer.
